    The MLA Forum LLC 18th & 19th Century Spanish and Iberian will sponsor 2 sessions at the MLA Convention in Washington, D.C., 6-9 January 2022.

    THE “BLACK LEGEND” OF SPAIN IN 18TH /19TH C IBERIA
    The “Black Legend” of Spain: issues of victimization/self-critique, race, class, gender, historical memory, national identity, empire, religion, in 18th/19thC Spanish and Iberian literature and cultural production. Brief CV & 200-word abstract to cj10@txstate.edu.
